These terms explain how Blissful Bundles handles online orders, returns, refunds, delivery issues, personal details, and customer support for South African shoppers.

Blissful Bundles sells curated gift boxes and selected add-on products online. These terms are written for South African online ordering and are guided by the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Online orders and payment
Product details
We aim to show product names, prices, descriptions, contents, and delivery information clearly before checkout. Gift box contents may occasionally vary according to availability and will be replaced with a similar item of comparable type, quality, and value.
Order acceptance
Your order is accepted once payment is received and the order can be fulfilled. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable replacement, amended order, or refund where needed.
Correct details
Please make sure delivery details, recipient details, card messages, and contact information are correct before placing the order. Incorrect details can delay delivery or make delivery impossible.
Returns & refunds
When returns are accepted
Change-of-mind online returns
- For eligible online purchases, you may request cancellation within 7 days after receiving the goods.
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, complete, and in their original packaging.
- The direct return delivery cost may be for your account unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
- Refunds for valid cancellations are processed within 30 days after cancellation, once the returned goods have been received and checked where applicable.
Items we may not be able to take back
- Personalised, custom, or specially requested items once prepared.
- Opened, used, or unsealed self-care, beauty, bath, body, cosmetic, or hygiene-sensitive products.
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse, neglect, incorrect storage, or ordinary wear.
- Perishable or time-sensitive items where a return would not be reasonable or safe.
This does not remove your rights where goods are defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.
Defects & delivery issues
If something arrives wrong
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please contact us promptly with photos of the parcel, packaging, and affected item. If we supplied the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, we will review the issue and assist with a replacement, correction, or refund.
Defective products
If a product is defective or not reasonably fit for its intended purpose, please let us know as soon as possible. We may assess the item and offer the appropriate remedy under South African consumer law.
Delivery delays
Orders are fulfilled as soon as reasonably possible. Unless otherwise agreed, online orders should be fulfilled within 30 days. If fulfilment cannot happen within the required time, we will communicate with you and handle any refund due.

We use PUDO as our delivery partner. Delivery availability, timing, and service options may depend on the delivery address, parcel size, selected delivery method, and PUDO coverage. Shipping free on 3 orders or more.

We use the personal information you provide to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate about your purchase, and support customer service. We aim to keep personal information secure and only use it for legitimate store purposes.

Can I return a gift box if I change my mind?

How long do refunds take?
Valid refunds are processed as soon as reasonably possible and, where the online cancellation rules apply, within 30 days after cancellation. Bank or payment provider processing times may still apply.
